Lucas Dima ("we", "our", or "us") operates the app MilliLog ("the App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the terms governing its use.
Information Collection and Use
We do not collect controller inputs, app usage data, analytics, or tracking data when you use MilliLog. Controller diagnostics, haptic testing, and exported logs are processed on your device. Exported files remain under your control.
MilliLog's core controller-testing features work offline. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple processes leaderboard scores and account information under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive your controller input logs through Game Center.
We adhere to the principles of User First Software, prioritizing transparency and your privacy.
Website and Support Requests
The MilliLog website does not use advertising or behavioral analytics. If you voluntarily send a support request, the information you enter is processed through our support form provider, Tally, and used only to answer your request. Do not include controller logs or other files unless you want us to review them.
User First Software Principles
Our App is developed in compliance with the User First Software manifesto, which includes the following principles:
- Enjoyable: We ensure that our software is enjoyable and free from irritating features.
- Transparency: Our software never executes actions without your awareness. You will be informed about every action performed by the software.
- No Ads: Our App does not include any form of advertising.
- No Tracking: We do not track or record any user activity. Your usage, location, and information related to your activity are not tracked or recorded by any means.
- No Spam: We do not promote our software to get your attention through emails, notifications, or any other means, except to inform you about new versions of the software.
- No Social Leaks: Our software does not post on social networks without your consent. You will not be offered additional benefits in exchange for writing positive messages about the software online. Your contacts on social networks will not receive any invites or software self-promotion.
Software Principles
In addition to the User First Software manifesto, our software adheres to the following principles:
- Complete App: The full experience of our App is available once you have acquired it. There are no in-app purchases required.
- Free Updates: All updates to the App are provided free of charge.
- No In-App Purchases / No Free To Play: Our App does not include features upselling functionality.
- No Forced Retention: The App is designed for your benefit, without features solely intended for retention.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
Disclaimer
Our App is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
